As a sparring partner, I accompany CEOs and their management teams on the same level—with respect, humor, and depth—as someone who has often been under leadership pressure herself, who is familiar with the logic of action, the different sides of power and who has tried new approaches herself, despite resistance.

Why, what, how

It is about credibly representing the “why,” “what,” and “how” of a value-driven organization or company to your employees and colleagues, political decision-makers, board members, members, donors, and financial backers, such as ministries, funding foundations, and companies, in order to remain effective.

  • You lead in complex structures, make decisions under time pressure in everyday life, and at the same time have to weigh up expectations, conflicting interests, values and impact, and take responsibility for the consequences of your decisions. This is demanding—and creates a lot of friction and stress.
