My work is intersectional, power-conscious and practical – shaped by my own leadership experience at the helm of international organisations at home and abroad. Added to this are the treasures of my own learning curves, which I have been fortunate enough to master.

  • Philanthropy, donor strategies & impact measurement and project development
  • Development of new programmes and business models for meaningful and financial growth as a former donor to a large foundation
  • Intersectional perspective on leadership, power, roles, privileges and organisational cultures
  • Many years of experience in political advocacy and campaigning
