I work with individual leaders and management teams who bear real responsibility at home and abroad: for people, structures, impact and resources. My work is intersectional, power-conscious and practical – shaped by my own leadership experience at the helm of international organisations at home and abroad. Added to this are the treasures of my own learning curves, which I have been fortunate enough to master.

- Management of international organisations with over 200 employees and decentralised structures in hub structures, national branches and foreign headquarters
- Mission driven work on: human rights, democracy, development cooperation, civil society, the rule of law, gender equality, anti-discrimination, peace promotion, women and human rights defenders in armed conflicts
- Philanthropy, donor strategies & impact measurement and project development
- Development of new programmes and business models for meaningful and financial growth as a former donor to a large foundation
- Intersectional perspective on leadership, power, roles, privileges and organisational cultures
- Many years of experience in political advocacy and campaigning
