I help you implement your advocacy work and develop policies and programmes on the following topics: human rights protection, development cooperation, civil society engagement, equality, peace promotion, protection against discrimination, migration and asylum, promotion of democracy in Germany, the EU and internationally, and activists/human rights defenders in armed conflicts. I offer training courses on political advocacy work. These courses provide practical training on how political advocacy work can be effective in Germany and at the European/international level. I speak as your expert at panels, events and internal briefings for decision-makers.

Financial growth

I advise organisations and foundations on financial growth and develop new business models for NGOs, individuals and companies. In addition, I acquire funding from national and international institutions and foundations. Here I use my networks strategically to achieve your goals: I negotiate with government representatives and position you within international foundation networks to increase your financial growth.

Impact consulting for donors

For donors in the philanthropy sector, major donors, banks and institutions, I develop funding strategies and recommend high-impact organisations to help them reach their desired target groups and socio-political goals. I can also assist in identifying additional partners for joint funding projects.
