A safe space
I provide you with a safe space where you can discuss your concerns without any restrictions. My approach combines strategy consulting and executive coaching into a clearly structured, effective format. This combination provides orientation, opens up new perspectives, and reveals what was previously hidden beneath the surface.
I work one-on-one with top executives in various leadership situations—such as when taking on a new role as a manager, during phases of high responsibility, or at turning points when fundamental decisions need to be made.
In doing so, I consciously take into account that people have different starting positions in leadership: women and people with a migration background often encounter different expectations and attributions. At the same time, I support men in leadership roles who not only advocate for equality, but also want to live it as an attitude and effectively anchor it in their everyday leadership. Making this diversity of perspectives visible and using it productively to make the world a little more equitable every day is a natural part of my work.
Consulting meets coaching
My work is based on sound coaching and consulting skills as well as my own leadership experience. Methods serve only one purpose: to enable clarity and effectiveness for my clients. Coaching and consulting follow different approaches: In coaching, I accompany you with precise questions at the right time. This creates spaces in which you can recognize and utilize your own—often still hidden—impulses for solutions. In consulting, you put my experience as a manager at the service of your questions. My external perspective helps you to reclassify information, discover new perspectives, see connections more clearly, and make decisions with greater confidence. Much that was previously hidden beneath the surface becomes visible.
In our collaboration, I consciously and transparently separate both approaches. This creates clarity and certainty. You always know which mode we are working in—and choose the approach that best supports you in your current situation.
